From the people behind Vikings and Niu comes Four Seasons Hotpot City, which sits along the seaboard of the famed Manila Bay. The inviting scent of the savoury broths fill the air of the restaurant that offers the freshest of both dry land and seafood fare cooked hot-pot style.

The bright and airy space resembles a lavish modern market, with each section marked with an overhead label reminiscent of a supermarket signage. The ceiling is adorned with black metal baskets among light bulbs, which add to the unique appeal of the dining area. The decision to have the place look like an upscale supermarket was not merely an aesthetic choice, since the appearance is a nod to the farm-to-table concept of the restaurant.
